More than a week prior to your first working day, you will receive information about your first day at Broekman Logistics.
Day 1 is always exciting and is all about getting to know each other. Nothing more than that. Your manager will provide you with our onboarding checklist. You now know exactly what to expect.
On Day 4 and Day 5, you will come to our head office in Rotterdam for two enjoyable and informative days about Broekman Logistics.
Starting from week 2, you will be paired with a ‘buddy,’ which can be a colleague or your manager. Together, you will go through the entire onboarding checklist.
After completing our onboarding checklist, you’ll know your way around Broekman Logistics, and your colleagues will know how to reach you. It’s time to make an impact!
