As an Executive – Customer Support & Pricing, you play a critical role in supporting the commercial success of air/sea freight operations by combining strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of pricing dynamics and operational realities. You are responsible for preparing competitive and accurate air/sea freight quotations, supporting margin optimization, and ensuring pricing aligns with market trends, carrier agreements, and customer requirements.
You work closely with sales, operations, and carrier management teams to ensure timely rate sourcing, smooth coordination, and effective execution. Your understanding of how pricing decisions impact day-to-day operations enables you to contribute meaningfully to service quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction. In a fast-paced environment, you are detail-oriented, responsive, and solutions-driven, ensuring every quote and pricing decision adds value to both the customer and the organization.
In this role, you bring:
• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in air/sea freight pricing and sales support activities, including rate coordination, quotation preparation, and margin analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and external partners.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support commercial objectives.
• Working knowledge of air/sea freight pricing structures, carrier tariffs, documentation requirements, compliance standards, and logistics systems such as TMS, CRM, or similar tools.
