As a Tele Sales Executive, together with your Sales and Business Development colleagues, you will actively generate new business opportunities through inside sales activities. As part of the sales team, you will work with KPIs based on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth targets. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing them to our logistics and freight forwarding solutions and ensuring a seamless transition to the Business Development team for further engagement.
You know how to identify potential customers, establish meaningful conversations, and present our services with confidence and clarity. Whether it’s following up on inquiries, reaching out to new prospects, or maintaining relationships with existing clients, you are always proactive in creating new opportunities that contribute to the company’s growth.
On the one hand, you will independently manage your client interactions and leads; on the other, you will work closely with your team to ensure conversions and shared success. From the first call to the first shipment, every achievement is a result of collaboration.
